Job summary

Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced full-time Site Chief radiographer at Capital Radiology Cheltenham. You will lead imaging teams, oversee protocols, equipment standards and patient care in a busy radiology setting.

The role requires CT experience and strong interpersonal skills to manage both clinical and administrative functions while maintaining quality and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent).
• Experience in CT is required; MRI skills are advantageous.
• Experience with Siemens and GE equipment is ideal.

Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced an experienced full-time Site Chief based at Capital Radiology Cheltenham.

The role is ideal for a Radiographer who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding patient care within a dynamic radiology environment. This busy and varied role will see you responsible for overseeing imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site. Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care while managing daily operations, resources, and workflows. Cheltenham is one of our busiest clinics, with over 15 members of staff who work across the site each day.

Build strong relationships with referrers and service providers, maintain licensing, accreditation, and quality standards, contribute to clinical workload, drive financial performance and growth, and foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

What the Role Offers

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations in line with IDX's protocols.
• Quickly adapt to workflow and use RIS/PACS systems efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists to assist in imaging procedures, including the use of sterile techniques.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-tier patient care and foster effective teamwork.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication to provide patients with high quality care and to be able to work well with staff.

What You Will Bring

• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent).
• Experience in CT is required, with MRI skills being highly advantageous.
• Experience with Siemens and GE equipment is ideal.
• You demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills and can build effective relationships with a diverse range of colleagues and patients.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience is preferred.
• You are eager to continue learning and actively participate in ongoing education and professional development programs
