Job summary

BAI Assets Pty Ltd in Albury is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Site Build & WWTP to lead the data centre development's site works.

You will manage building, civil and enabling works, coordinate contractors and consultants, and ensure delivery to programme, budget and safety standards on a busy brownfield site.

Strong experience in brownfield infrastructure and on-site leadership is essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience delivering building, civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and consultants.
• Strong programme, budget and cost management.
• Experience with CDC/DA approvals, tendering and contract administration.
• On-site, brownfield delivery experience with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver office, administration, fire station and canteen fit-outs from brief through handover.
• Coordinate civil and enabling works: hardstands, roads, laydown areas, lighting and services.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, progress claims and cost reporting.
• Develop and maintain an integrated site-build programme.
• Lead WWTP project scope, options and procurement as applicable.
• Ensure safety plans, permits and SWMS are in place prior to mobilisation.
