Job summary

Steelarc Engineering is expanding as EXS Services and invites qualified Boilermakers to join the Mackay-based site team. This DIDO role covers a range of projects and maintenance across the Mackay and Bowen Basin, with full-time hours starting on a casual basis and potential to move to permanent employment.

The role involves fixed and mobile plant maintenance, wash plant tasks, equipment rebuilds, site fabrication, welding, and various project work.

Qualifications

• Boilermaker trade qualification or Certificate III Engineering – Fabrication Trade.
• Current Driver’s Licence required.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work DIDO rosters from the Mackay region.

Responsibilities

• Fixed and mobile plant maintenance and repairs.
• Wash plant maintenance.
• Equipment rebuilds and structural repairs.
• General site fabrication, welding and repairs.
• Project and maintenance work across various sites.
