Job summary

Frasers Property Australia in NSW seeks a commercially minded Project Manager to lead site-based delivery on premier residential and mixed-use projects. You will manage external D&C contractors, civil partners, and consultants from tender through to handover, reporting to the Construction Manager.

This role emphasizes budget oversight, quality assurance, safety, and timely milestone achievement, with opportunities for national project exposure and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in property development or construction.
• Experience managing major D&C contracts on-site.
• Strong commercial acumen in cost control and negotiations.
• Lead safety and quality across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, contingencies, and cash flows for feasibilities.
• Lead external builders and civil contractors on site to milestones.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with WHS and standards.
• Coordinate statutory approvals (CC, DA, OC) and design initiatives.
