Job summary

NRW Holdings is seeking an Asset Coordinator to maintain accurate asset records, coordinate asset maintenance activities, monitor asset performance and support lifecycle management to optimize reliability, availability and cost. The role collaborates with operations, suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Licence: Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
• Certificate IV, Diploma or relevant experience in Asset Management, Engineering & Maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with earthmoving and construction equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the asset register within the CMMS/EAM system.
• Track asset deployment, transfer, and disposal activities.
• Ensure asset data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities.
• Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work.
• Monitor work completion and asset downtime.
• Generate reports on asset performance, utilization and reliability.
• Maintain asset documentation and compliance.
• Ensure statutory inspections and compliance requirements are met.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding asset-related activities.
