Job summary

CQUniversity’s School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences is seeking casual pool staff to support clinical simulation activities. You will coordinate equipment set-up, provide technical support, and manage logistics for simulation-based training in a fast-paced learning environment.

No clinical experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided; strong problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with students and clients.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
• Experience or ability to learn preparation of simulated solutions and operation of clinical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical simulation activities and ensure equipment is set up and maintained to industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during simulation-based training.
• Oversee logistics of simulation-based training and support students and the academic team.
