Job summary

CQUniversity’s School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate clinical simulation activities in a casual pool role across multiple campuses. You will ensure equipment is prepared and maintained to industry standards and provide on-site technical support for simulation-based training.

No clinical experience required as on-the-job training is provided; applicants should be detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and able to liaise

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with students and clients.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, and complete work autonomously.
• Experience or ability to quickly learn preparation of simulated solutions and operation of clinical equipment, following relevant standards and legislation.
• Proficient in the use of computers and relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical simulation activities.
• Ensure equipment is set up and operating to industry standards.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and oversee logistics of simulation-based training.
