Qualifications

• Qualification in Nursing or Midwifery or equivalent.
• Experience with clinical teaching and assessment setup.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service professionals, plan staff resources, coach and mentor employees, and manage performance to deliver high-quality services.
• Organise reallocation of staff duties and workloads during staff absence.
• Provide technical advice and assistance during practical classes and ensure safe and effective operations with simulation equipment.
• Assume the functional responsibilities of other Team Leaders and Senior Manager in their absence.
• Quality control of clinical laboratory setups with a student-centred focus.
