Job summary

Real Response is seeking an experienced emergency professional to join as a Simulation-Based First Aid Trainer. The role focuses on delivering immersive, simulation-based training across Australia, drawing on real-world emergency experience to enhance learners' confidence and practical skills.

You will travel between client sites, facilitate nationally recognised courses, and expand capabilities into areas such as electrical rescue, fire safety, tactical medicine or mental health training,

Qualifications

• Experience in paramedic or emergency response roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to diverse learners.
• Knowledge of emergency response principles and safety.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.
• Willingness to obtain required checks and training qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive, scenario-based first aid training.
• Travel to client locations to run sessions.
• Facilitate learning and assess learner progress.
• Adapt delivery to different audiences.
• Collaborate with national training team and maintain equipment.
• Support ongoing skills development across programs.
