Wellways Ballarat, VIC, is seeking SIL Support Workers (Casual) to empower independence for participants in our Supported Independent Living program.

You will assist people with complex needs to live as independently as possible at home and in the community, with SCHADS 2B pay ($49.41 p/h) plus salary packaging benefits up to $15,899 per annum.
