As the Home Site Supervisor in Dicky Beach, you will play a key role in supporting people with mental health conditions to live independently and achieve their goals. Leading a dedicated team within our Home service, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate personalised support plans, and foster a positive, collaborative environment that empowers both clients and team members to thrive.
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and resilient leader with experience supporting people with complex behaviours, mental health challenges, and high support needs within the disability sector. You will bring a hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a safe, positive, and person-centred environment for both clients and team members. The ability to remain calm under pressure, lead by example, and build strong relationships with stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
