Sydney Health & Care Services (SHCS) is hiring a Casual Female Residential Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living team in the Sydney region (Revesby).

You will support individuals with daily living, routines and personal care, and assist with community participation. Must be comfortable with verbal and physical aggression and able to implement BSPs per NDIS requirements. Flexible shifts with potential part-time progression.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting SIL or complex needs.
• Comfort with verbal and physical aggression.
• Experience with BSPs/ABCreporting and incident management.
• Strong boundary setting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Providing in-home SIL supports (daily living, routines, prompting and personal care).
• Providing community participation supports.
• Implementing Behaviour Support Plans per NDIS requirements.
• Using low-arousal communication and positive behaviour approaches.
• Following health and medication routines and safety protocols.
• Completing progress notes and incident reports to a high standard.
• Supporting community access and working within a cohesive team.
