Job summary

National Sign Build Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and drive signage projects from inception to completion. You will manage multiple projects across diverse sectors, lead a project management team, and conduct site visits and tender interviews with clients as required.

The ideal candidate has proven signage PM experience, at least 3 years in PM roles, and a strong understanding of the signage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven signage project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in PM roles.
• Excellent understanding of signage manufacturing environments.
• Experience in leading a PM team in a fast-paced setting.
• Qualification or certification in Project Management advantageous.
• Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
• Sound organisation and time management with a track record of deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Estimating experience beneficial but not necessary.

About you

• Proven signage experience in Project Management role(s) a must
• A minimum of 3 years' experience preferable
• An excellent understanding of the signage manufacturing environment
• Experience in managing a team in a high paced, dynamic environment
• Qualification or certification in Project Management advantageous
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret tender, shop drawings and construction documentation necessary
• Excellent Relationship Management and Customer Service Skills is required
• Sound organisation and time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• A current and valid driver's license
• Estimating experience highly beneficial but not necessary
• Be self-motivated and confident to work with all levels of personnel within the business
