Job summary

Pragma is seeking an experienced Signage - Maker & Fabricator to join our Mulgrave team in Victoria. This full-time role will fabricate and assemble high-quality signage and visual displays to support our clients' branding and marketing needs.

You will use aluminium and plastic fabrication, LED wiring, vinyl application and related techniques, read technical drawings, and contribute to a safe, clean workspace while delivering on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in signage fabrication.
• Ability to lead projects and work autonomously when required.
• Strong practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to deadlines.

About the role

Pragma is seeking an experienced Signage - Maker & Fabricator to join our team in Mulgrave, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signage and visual displays to support our clients' branding and marketing needs.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricate and construct a variety of signs using processes like aluminium fabrication; plastic fabrication; LED wiring and lighting; vinyl application
• Use your proven skills to make and assemble signs
• Aluminium welding an advantage
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support efficient production
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safely and in a timely manner

• Proven experience in signage fabrication
• An individual who can take the lead with projects and work autonomously when required
• Strong practical skills in the use of hand and power tools
