Job summary

Futuroscop Enterprises in Mascot is seeking reliable shuttle bus drivers to join our airport parking team.

You will transport customers between our Mascot facility and Sydney Airport terminals, provide excellent service, and assist with luggage.

A current NSW driver's license and ability to work a 24-hour rotating roster are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual and committed to every shift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Safe, responsible and courteous driver with a clean record.
• Remain calm and professional in busy environments.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable assisting customers with luggage.
• Available for a 24-hour rotating roster, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of Mascot and Sydney Airport area is preferred.
• Hold a current NSW driver license suitable for shuttle vehicles.

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused shuttle bus drivers to join our airport parking team in Mascot. Our nine-level parking station provides customers with a free, on-demand shuttle service operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, between our parking facility and all Sydney Airport domestic and international terminals. As one of the first and last people our customers meet during their journey, you will play an important role in providing a safe, efficient and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport customers between our Mascot parking station and Sydney Airport terminals.


• Provide friendly, professional and helpful customer service.


• Assist customers with loading and unloading their luggage.


• Respond promptly to customer pickup requests.


• Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team.


• Complete routine vehicle safety checks before each shift.


• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle bus.


• Follow designated routes, workplace procedures and all road-safety requirements.


• Report vehicle issues, incidents or delays promptly.


• Assist with general parking-station duties when required.
