Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors for Mackay operations across various coal mine sites in the Bowen Basin. Join a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services with ongoing shutdown work and opportunities for redeployment.

Two+ years in a site-based supervisory role and Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker certificates are essential. Open Driver’s Licence and full Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site-based supervisory role.
• Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements from Monadelphous, client, and legislation.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
