Reece Group is hiring a Showroom Sales Consultant in Sydney, supporting builders, designers and homeowners through renovation journeys. You will help customers select bathroom products, prepare quotes, and use the 3D Planner to visualise dreams while visiting sites for updates.

You’ll join a team that values learning, growth and internal promotion, with flexible shifts including weekends and a focus on delivering great service and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn.
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing bathroom products.
• Create and manage quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Use the 3D Planner to bring customers' dream to life.
• Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain relationships.
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.
