Reece Group in Sydney seeks a Showroom Sales Consultant to provide expert advice on leading bathroom brands and help customers turn dream bathrooms into reality. This is a genuine sales role where you will partner with builders, renovators and retail customers, building strong rapport to win new business and bring projects to life.

• Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships with customers.
• Energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow within the role.
• Warm, consultative approach with ability to quickly identify customer needs.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers and help them choose bathroom products.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales and market share.
• Create and manage quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Use 3D Planner to visualise customers' dream bathrooms.
• Visit customer offices and sites to build relationships and win work.
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.
