Job summary

Highgrove Bathrooms is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time permanent role. This hands-on retail position combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.

You will welcome customers, assist with product selection, provide design advice, process sales and orders via POS systems, and maintain a high-standard showroom. Prior retail experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Confidence using computer systems and POS software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy retail environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service.
• Assisting with product selection and showroom sales.
• Providing product and design advice where appropriate.
• Processing sales and customer orders via POS systems.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Assisting with stock handling, transfers and order preparation.
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Supporting general warehouse and store operations.
• Assisting with customer enquiries, phone calls and follow-ups.
