Job summary

Lifestyle Kitchens NQ is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our locally owned showroom team in Townsville. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answer phones, and support daily showroom and office operations in a long-term, full-time role.

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and eager to learn, with experience using MYOB and MS Office; you will work closely with the Kitchens Manager and Administration team to manage enquiries and coordinate appointments.

Qualifications

• MYOB experience – highly regarded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude and reliability

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with client liaison and general enquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
• Assist with kitchen and cabinetry enquiries
• Maintain our job/workflow management system
• Assist clients with colour selections
• General showroom and office duties
• Social media and multimedia posting
• Learn about cabinetry, kitchen and construction products
