Qualifications

• Experience in meeting KPI's, budgets and sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset and excellent service etiquette.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Proof of Working Rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store and balancing transactions.
• Preparing reports and reviewing sales data, open orders and quotes.
• Follow up on scheduled deliveries and liaise with customers.
• Engage new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities to meet targets.
• Assist customers with product information from mobility and home care items.
• Process quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
• Drive relationships with customers and local businesses.
• Comply with WHS requirements at showroom level.
