Job summary

Kresta Blinds is seeking a Showroom Consultant for our Camberwell location. This 12-month fixed-term contract role involves assisting customers, coordinating in-home appointments, and providing quotes while maintaining an appealing showroom.

You will support sales reps, manage diaries, and use our CRM to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, administration or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and phone inquiries with product selection and advice.
• Support on-road sales by managing diaries and coordinating in-home consultations.
• Provide rough quotes to customers with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain showroom displays and keep products up to date.
• Assist with order administration and follow-up via CRM, email and phone.
• Assist with intake of service issues and liaise with service and scheduling teams.
