Job summary

Cox Purtell in Underwood, QLD is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for their kitchen hardware showroom. This permanent full-time, on-site role offers a salary of $75k-$80k plus super and Monday–Friday 9–5.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will greet customers, handle calls, register visitors, maintain records, and support showroom operations, events and campaigns with a focus on friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support them during showroom visits.

• Maintain customer records and support campaigns and events.
• Assist with trade shows, VIP visits and showroom preparations.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of displays and marketing materials.
