Job summary

Sydney Tap and Bathroomware in Mascot is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers design their bathrooms with premium products and friendly, unpressured advice.

Join a boutique, female-friendly showroom with a supportive team, Monday–Friday only, no weekend work, and 7:30am – 4:30pm on-site in Mascot. You will grow as a trusted product expert while delivering excellent service to loyal customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or showroom experience (bathrooms, interiors, homewares, or renovation-related).
• Strong customer service skills and a consultative approach.
• Approachable, professional, and confident without being pushy.
• Comfortable using computer systems for quotes and orders.
• Enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and helping people achieve design goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.

Sydney Tap and Bathroomware is a boutique, family-owned showroom in Mascot. We’ve been helping people design beautiful, functional bathrooms for over 40 years. We sell premium products, but our approach is humble and collaborative - no pushy sales tactics, just genuine advice and great service.

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team - someone who enjoys working closely with customers, helping them create the bathroom of their dreams, and being part of a supportive, female-friendly showroom environment.

What you’ll be doing
