ABC Bullion, part of the Pallion Group, invites applications for a Client Experience Specialist in our Sydney showroom. You will be at the centre of the customer journey, assisting clients with buying, selling and storing precious metals while supporting sales, operations and administration.

You\'ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service, building client relationships and identifying sales opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused.
• Cash handling or inventory experience advantageous.
• Interest in financial markets or precious metals advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom.
• Process sales, buybacks and account applications.
• Manage phone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
• Provide guidance on precious metal products and services.
• Handle cash transactions and support dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist with stocktakes and showroom presentation.
• Build strong client relationships and identify sales opportunities.
