Job summary

Great Southland Bullion is seeking a Retail Assistant for our Roselands, NSW store. You will assist customers buying and selling gold and silver, provide professional service and promote our products with integrity.

No precious-metals experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will test metals with modern technology, process transactions accurately, and work within a supportive team in a secure retail environment.

Great Southland Bullion is a boutique precious metal business that buys and sells both gold and silver, utilising industry-leading technology.

With stores located in major shopping centres, GSB provides a safe, secure, and convenient space for customers to sell their unwanted gold and silver (jewellery, bullion, etc.) and, for customers to also buy gold and silver bullion.

As a growing national company, we have an immediate start opportunity available at our store in Roselands, NSW, and are looking for the right person who is seeking the opportunity to build a meaningful career within a trusted and specialised industry.

About You :

You are professional, confident and customer-focused, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport. You take pride in your presentation, communicate clearly and bring integrity, accuracy and attention to detail to your work.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail or marketing is highly regarded.

Position Summary :

• Support customers in selling their gold and silver to GSB (jewellery, bullion, etc.) - and in certain locations to support them in buying bullion.

• Handle transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every customer
• Uphold the GSB values and culture in every interaction
