Job summary

Better Rehab in Townsville is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to support an established paediatric caseload, focusing on speech and language skills for children aged 0-6, with some school-aged clients. The role offers flexible contract length, travel and work arrangements including FIFO from Brisbane.

You will work across home, school and clinic settings, with telehealth for remote families and outreach to Mackay and Cairns.

Qualifications

• Paediatric speech and language assessment and intervention experience.
• Familiar with Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients preferred.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat paediatric speech and language needs.
• Support Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients and families.
• Deliver services across home, school, clinic, and telehealth.
• Travel to outreach locations such as Townsville, Mackay and Cairns as required.
