Job summary

Director in Liverpool, NSW seeks an experienced Facilities Manager or Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a shopping centre asset in Liverpool, South Western Sydney.

This hands-on leadership role combines full accountability for building operations with a major capital works program on site. You will manage hard and soft services, CAPEX planning and logistics for developments, reporting to the Centre Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated facilities management experience with large assets
• Experience in multi-tenant environments with compliance duties
• CAPEX management and development project exposure
