Job summary

RM Sitecare is seeking a Project Manager to join our shopfitting team in Dandenong South, with travel to project sites across the region. You will work closely with the Head of Projects to keep retail and hospitality fitouts on track, coordinating programming, trades, client updates and closeout.

This role suits a proactive coordinator who wants to grow in shopfitting, supported by a team of experienced professionals and mentorship through project milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating multiple shopfitting projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background in construction is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Projects in coordinating and tracking multiple onsite shopfitting projects
• Support project scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Conduct regular site visits to check progress and assist project teams
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients as required
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and filing systems
• Help track project timelines, deliveries, and site requirements
• Provide hands‑on support to site teams when needed
