Job summary

Lifeline Queensland is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor for our Bundaberg store on Johanna Blvd. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards and pricing accuracy.

You’ll manage store operations, coach direct reports, and contribute to our not-for-profit mission, with a competitive hourly rate and NFP salary packaging benefits. This is a permanent full-time role local to Bundaberg.
