Job summary

Harris Farm Markets Pty in Bowral, NSW is seeking a friendly Shop Assistant to help customers, keep displays fresh, and be part of a team that loves good food. No experience required; training will be provided. Bring a positive attitude, pride in your work, and a love of quality produce.

Responsibilities include stocking and rotating stock, keeping back of house tidy, assisting customers on the floor, and upholding food safety and safety standards. Flexible across 7 days/AM & PM shifts.

• Monitoring stock quality, dates, and rotation (FIFO)
• Maintaining excellent shelf management for accurate customer convenience
• Providing helpful, on-the-floor customer service
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

You’ll help customers find what they need, keep the store looking fresh and abundant, and be part of a team that loves good food and good people. No experience needed, we’ll teach you everything.
