Job summary

Rarekind is seeking an experienced warehouse leader to take ownership of a mid-day to evening shift, ensuring receiving, replenishment, inventory, picking and dispatch run safely and on time.

You will lead supervisors and frontline teams, balance labour, priorities and customer requirements, respond to issues, monitor performance and safety, and hand over clearly to the next shift, fostering accountability and a productive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution leadership.
• Strong knowledge of end to end warehouse operations.
• Experience leading supervisors and operational teams.
• A genuine focus on safety, compliance and doing things the right way.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to make good decisions quickly and calmly.
• Hands-on problem solving approach.
• Experience working with warehouse KPIs, labour planning and productivity targets.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to find better ways to operate.
• Ability to work autonomously while keeping stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the shift, ensuring receiving, replenishment, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch run safely, accurately and on time.
• Balance labour, priorities and customer requirements while supporting supervisors and teams.
• Intervene when plans go off track, identify issues and get things moving again.
• Monitor shift performance, safety, productivity and service levels, driving practical improvements.
• Hand over to the next shift with clear outstanding items and actions.
