Job summary

Hungry Jack’s Gold Coast Airport seeks a Shift Supervisor to run a safe and efficient shift, lead the team on the floor, and support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations at the airport venue.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, ensuring brand standards, food safety and customer service are upheld across early mornings, days and evenings. ASIC clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a shift with Restaurant Manager to deliver strong operational outcomes.
• Experience in Hungry Jack’s, QSR, fast food or high-volume hospitality.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Shift Manager, Team Leader or Senior Crew Member.
• Calm, organised leadership during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift.
• Allocate positions and adjust deployment according to trade.
• Lead the team through busy service periods.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are performed correctly when rostered.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality and speed of service.
• Support Front of House and Back of House operations.
