Zeus Street Greek in Adelaide is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will coach and motivate staff, uphold high standards of food safety and customer service, and support opening and closing procedures.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy setting and drives performance through people, with clear opportunities for progression within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Understanding of food safety, customer service and operations standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
