Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. You will be a hands-on leader, supporting, coaching and motivating staff while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Solid understanding of food safety and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies.
• Communicate shift performance to management.
