Red Rooster is hiring Shift Supervisors to lead busy restaurant shifts with a focus on delivering great food, fast service and safe, clean operations.

You will coach and support the crew, manage peak periods, and ensure the brand promise is met every shift. This role offers training, real leadership growth and opportunities across Craveable Brands.

Casual, full or part-time hours available in Victoria, Colac area, with performance bonuses for outstanding results.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
