WesTrac is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our Rebuilds Workshop in Tomago, NSW. You will lead a diverse team of trades, including plant mechanics, boilermakers, auto electricians, apprentices and trades assistants, ensuring safety, quality and productivity in a 24/7 operation.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage fluctuating workloads, and collaborate with other supervisors and project management to deliver top‑tier rebuilds for Caterpillar machines.

WesTrac is offering an exciting opportunity for a Shift Supervisor to join our high‑performing Rebuilds Workshop in Tomago.
The Rebuilds Workshop operates 24/7 and supports a wide range of Caterpillar mining machines across multiple product lines.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment while leading a diverse team of trades, including plant mechanics, boilermakers, auto electricians, apprentices, and trades assistants. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a key role in driving safety, efficiency, quality, and team culture within a fast‑paced, high‑volume operation.
You will collaborate closely with fellow supervisors and the project management team to deliver industry‑leading rebuilds, overcome operational challenges, and ensure our customers’ assets are rebuilt to the highest standard.
