Funlab is seeking a Casual Shift Manager for Archie Brothers, Strike Bowling at Entertainment Quarter, Sydney. You will lead a vibrant team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly after hours and on weekends.

With a focus on fun, inclusivity, and safety, you’ll motivate staff, upsell offerings, and deliver memorable moments for guests across a seven-day operation.

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service mindset.
• Manage shifts, motivate the team, and keep guests engaged and excited.
• Drive sales on shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Coordinate with the Venue Manager to meet daily goals and standards.
• Keep the venue well-stocked, tidy, and ready to impress.
• Ensure safety and compliance on shift and be ready to go above and beyond for guests.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset - and ensure your team are doing the same!
• Manage excellent shifts keeping your team motivated, postive and our guests having the time of their lives
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the Venue Manager to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Ensure team members are experts, JUST LIKE YOU- whether you’re behind the bar, or managing the whole shift - Bring your A-GAME.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Experience running/managing/supervising a PUMPING entertainment/hospitality venue (and during the day of course!)
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail supervisor/management experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests and team members
• Great availability,mustbe available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!

*As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends*
