Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader in Mornington, Victoria to drive team performance and guest satisfaction. You will lead, coach and motivate staff across shifts, upholding the highest food safety and quality standards to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining operational excellence, fostering a positive team culture, and supporting career growth within the business. Flexible full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities
