Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the team, ensuring guest satisfaction and consistent quality. Overnight availability from 10pm to 6am is required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
