Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach a fast‑paced crew, uphold food safety standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead overnight shifts on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun, drive operational excellence, and support the team through training and performance feedback.

If you are results‑oriented with strong customer service and a Food Safety Supervisor and RSA certifications, join our team and grow into management roles.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate required or willing to obtain
• Responsible Service of Alcohol course required or willing to undertake

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are upheld at all times
• Oversee operations during overnight shifts to maintain smooth service

For this role you must be able to work overnight shifts Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
