Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader for GYG Mermaid Waters to guide a fast-paced team, uphold food safety and quality, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will lead, coach and motivate staff, maintain standards, and contribute to a positive work culture while supporting training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake RSA course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to enhance guest experience while upholding food safety and quality standards.
• Set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.
• Assist with rostering and frontline training to ensure smooth service.
