Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader for the Mermaid Waters location to drive guest experience and team performance. You will lead and coach staff, ensuring food safety and quality while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will foster a positive team culture, oversee daily operations, and pursue opportunities for training and career progression within the business, including pathways into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities
