Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader in Glass House Mountains, QLD to lead, coach and motivate our team while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards. You will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence, setting a positive tone for the crew and contributing to memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in fast-paced settings, a strong customer-service track record, and be willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.
