Job summary

Guzman Y Gomez in Strathpine, North Brisbane, seeks a Shift Leader to guide a new team and shape memorable dining experiences. You will lead, coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining rigorous food safety and quality standards.

Your leadership will drive operational excellence and contribute to a positive work environment for the crew, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
