Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the team, ensuring excellent guest experiences and adherence to food safety and quality standards. This role offers casual and full-time opportunities and begins with paid training at the Melton location.

You will lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and develop leadership capabilities within the crew while supporting standard operating procedures and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards across shifts.
• Support opening/closing duties and staff training.
