Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role at GYG Castle Towers. You will lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will set the tone for operational excellence, manage rosters, support crew development, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced Mexican dining environment. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.
• Set the tone for operational excellence and a positive work environment for the crew.
• Assist with rostering, supervision and on-the-floor leadership during shifts.
