Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Brisbane who will supervise a fast-paced crew, drive guest satisfaction and uphold food safety standards. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure smooth service across peak periods.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced hospitality or quick-service settings.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to team success and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to obtain/hold Food Safety Supervisor, RSA, and First Aid certifications.

Responsabilités
