Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service track record.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the Crew: train, coach, and motivate the crew to deliver first-class guest service.
• Own the Shift: lead by example on the line or registers, keeping energy high.
• Keep it Clean & Safe: uphold food safety and high presentation standards.
• Run the Numbers: help manage labour, deliveries, and store goals.
