ALDI Dubbo is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, supervise shifts and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll open/close, train staff, and maintain safety while ensuring shelves are stocked and customers are served with a smile.

Expect 35 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required. The role includes extensive training and internal career progression in a values-driven, purpose-led environment.
